"I'm a caregiver for 3 people and and fiduciary for 2 people. Sometimes it can be difficult to juggle financial issues with banking institutions. Starting up fiduciary accounts, setting up payments etc... They have been more than helpful and understanding helping to set up auto pay and providing customer care beyond excellence! There staff is very personable,providing needed documentation, and providing quotes and whatever else I've needed. They are also very prompt in returning phone calls and answering questions. I truely appreciate the staff at Paul's office. I even followed him to his new location out of my way because of his staff's excellence."
